We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable once opened:
- Fragrance Oils: Due to health and hygiene regulations, fragrance oils cannot be returned if they have been opened. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, it may be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items you wish to return, including any original packaging and accessories.

If you are exchanging an item due to our error, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
